Cheryl Lower

Cheryl has more than twenty-five years of experience managing, consulting, and training in private sector and not-for-profit organizations. She has devoted 15+ years exclusively to international organizations and intercultural issues—managing multi-cultural teams delivering services in challenging environments, such as the United Nations and several private agencies.

A global citizen, Cheryl has traveled and/or lived in over 35 countries. She has worked in Thailand, Romania, India, the Philippines, Kenya, South Africa, and has significant experience in Cambodia, France, and Switzerland. Cheryl leverages her international experiences to seek and deliver innovative results.

Currently, Cheryl chairs the Board of Trustees of the Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School in Devens, Massachusetts. She is a Class Officer for the College of Wooster. In recent years she has co-chaired a building committee, been on the board of her son’s preschool, and led a fundraising auction.

Cheryl has a M.A. in International Management from the School for International Training (Brattleboro, VT), a Certificate in Organization Development from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science (Alexandria, VA), and is a graduate of The College of Wooster (Wooster, OH). She is a member of the Organization Development Network.
